At id Designs & Co.®, we believe that how a space is designed directly shapes how people experience their lives within it. The 12-unit senior living community at onHenry Ave in East Tampa, Florida presented an opportunity to demonstrate exactly that belief — at scale.

Working alongside the development team from the ground up, our studio crafted interiors for six two-bedroom, two-bathroom units per floor across a three-story building. Every design decision was guided by our core disciplines: biophilic integration, circadian lighting principles, ergonomic comfort planning, and sensory environment calibration.

The result is a community where residents don't simply live — they are held. Each unit balances open-concept living with purposeful privacy, modern finishes with enduring warmth, and aesthetic refinement with genuine accessibility.

This project reflects the studio's growing portfolio of wellness-forward multi-family design and our commitment to environments that serve both the body and the spirit.

This project deepened our studio's expertise in developer-facing interior design — from concept through FF&E specification.
