01 Step One - Discovery Call & Style & Comfort Assessment
We begin with a brief 30-minute discovery call to understand your project at a high level. From there, we schedule an in-person Style & Comfort Assessment. This focused 2 hour session is to align on goals, design direction, scope, investment, timeline, and sustainability priorities.

02 Step Two - Vision & Concept
We set the creative direction, preliminary layouts, and a sustainability brief sized to your investment. Develop mood direction, materials palette, and preliminary space plans. Outline high‑level budget allocations by area (furnishings, custom, lighting).

03 Step Three - Detailed Design
We produce furniture plans, elevations, lighting/controls layouts. You review and approve. Specify furnishings, fabrics, finishes, rugs, window treatments, and lighting. Present samples and finish boards; coordinate with trades as needed. Typical timing is 3 to 6 weeks.

04 Step Four -Procurement & Production
We place orders, track, receive, inspect, and manage logistics and warehousing as needed. You approve totals and pay 100 percent of goods, freight, taxes, and receiving before ordering, and provide building or HOA access info. You receive a purchasing summary, a live tracker, and the final Materials Passport

05 Phase Five - Installation & Reveal
we coordinate insured installers, sequence deliveries, style the space, and lead a walkthrough. You confirm access and attend the reveal. You receive a completed install, a punch list if needed, and care notes.

Stewardship & Care
We close the punch list within 30 days, share warranties and care routines, and offer one year check in.
